Location was great and place was easy to find. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and out times are great. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Highly recommend this hotel
It would have been great if all beds could have had a bedside light independently operated

The entire hotel was clean, spotless rooms. Distance to the airport was just 12 miles.
The bed was not so comfortable, that's my bad luck.

Location
Poor breakfast choice - not representative of their menu, I.e menu indicated 2 x bacon and 2 x sausage but only received 1 x of each. Bar wasnt open .... at all Only had 3 x pillows btw 2 of us

We've stayed here before now and appreciated this place. The hotel was brilliant and fairly clean with good wi-fi. There where very comfy beds and coffee and tea/coffee in the a twin room. It offered us particularly good and fab location not far from local shops and restaurants and train station and Birmingham Conference Centre and bars.

My stay was good overall, enjoyed the comfy bed and a powerful shower. The bar downstairs served great snacks, and I really appreciated the tea-making facilities in my room!

Room smelled badly of smoke. Duvet too small for bed, No heating in bathroom. Poor shower. Attic room, sloping roofs difficult to avoid

Location
I had a late night and woke at 11am ,checkout was 12pm.At 11.15 a cleaner knocked on my door and asked if I was checking out that day.I appreciate she had her job to do but if I was late to leave I would have expected a call from reception.

Spent a night here and really enjoyed the relaxing bar vibe with great music. The room was cozy with a super comfy bed that eased my bad back. I also loved the opportunity to unwind by the bar or enjoy a peaceful bath in my spotless bathroom. Just keep in mind the decor could use a little refresh, but it didn’t take away from my great stay! 😊

Very noisy (traffic) so had to switch rooms-staff were very helpful about this.
